The social welfare office requests reports from us to verify a disability. All you have to do is to inform the social welfare office that you are receiving treatment in our practice. The social welfare office may take several weeks to request a report. We prepare ophthalmological reports in a timely manner and submit them to the social welfare office. The social welfare office that has requested the report shall bear the costs of its production.
